Help?!?

I am super confused, Tuesday I️ had cramps and pinkish discharge.. didn’t pay it no mind but it caught my attention...Wednesday morning I got a faint positive.. after than I have tested at least 5 times and they all have came back negative. I’ve been cramping for the past week and a half, sometimes in the lower right side of my stomach, sometimes on the opposite and also in the middle. I’m just confused about what’s going on.. af is due in 4 days on the 28th.. help please??
