If you ever had implantation bleeding, how many days after did you get your BFP?

I have never had spotting before AF. I had some spotting on Sunday (8 days before AF) and then it went away. I am really hoping it was implantation bleeding, even though I did not experience that with my first pregnancy. I tested at 8, 9, & 10 DPO and got BFN (although I really thought I could see something on my 9 DPO test...guess is was just my eyes playing tricks on me!). I am too afraid to test today because I don’t want to see another BFN after almost a year ttc...so I will TRY to hold out until day AF is due.

From what I’ve read, if the spotting you experience is from implantation, then the HCG won’t be detectable until 3-4 days after for a blood test or until 6-7 days after for a urine test. I am hoping this is true, since I am still getting BFNs. I’m praying it’s just that I’m testing too early. What are your experiences with getting BFPs after implantation bleeding??
