I’ve noticed constant cramping for the last 3 days in my upper stomach where like the crease is and also on both sides of my belly button. Hurts more in the upper abdomen then it does lower. I’m not cramping to where I have to stop what I’m doing and I’m not spotting but it hurts. It seems to go away when I’m laying down but it comes back when I’m sitting down or I’m up. Could this be gas, or round ligament pain? Is it something I need to worry about? The doctors office is closed today and I’m only 4 weeks so they wouldn’t be able to see anything this early. You think if it was ectopic, i would be cramping more near my Pubic bone and not going away when I’m laying down? Has anyone else experienced this? Yesterday, it was more on the left side but today it’s all over in the upper part and I’ve noticed lower back cramps today as well.
