Implantation or period ?
I haven’t gotten a period in like 3 or 4 months. I had miscarriage in September. We have been actively trying without help since then. I started the spotting/ light bleeding today. I’ve had some symptoms. Pregnancy or not? In 6 hrs that’s all that has been on the pad.
