Im 30 weeks and for the past two days I keep having menstrual like cramps. Yesterday they lasted for 2-3 hours and no matter what I did they wouldn’t go away. They would come in go and be worse at points and then after 3 hours I was fine. No bleeding but I am also having a lot of pressure on my pelvic bone/vagina area. Is this normal in the third trimester?

I would have just gone to Labor and Delivery yesterday I was an hour away from my hospital and was with family all day. It really freaked me out. I’m better today but still achy/crampy. In a warm bath now and I can still feel them.

Any tips, advice or personal experience with this?
