Implantation during flashing smiley

Last time I had an implantation bleed it was a week and a half after my period.

It is almost a week since my period and I’m spotting with nausea and food aversions. I have a very short cycle and my ovulation test comes up as a flashing smiley. Is this implantation? Could I be pregnant? I have heard of this happening to other women.
