Not pregnant...i think

I had the mirina in for 2 years. Got it taken out in June, had a normal period July and August and haven't gotten one since. before my mirina I was always right on track normal. I've taken 5 pregnancy tests and they've all been negative. I'm getting worried tat there's something wrong with me.
