Can you ovulate day 20 of a 28 day cycle I am having ewcm but it’s mixed in with creamy cm?

I ovulate twice a month, and the second time I ovulate very late. Everyone's body is different and the charts aren't good with anyone who doesn't ovulate to the "average" standards. But most people don't.
