Opinion Please

Last period was November 2nd. The day I have a very small hernia surgery. About 4-5 days ago I had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen, but I just figured it was sour from everything growing back together still. This Thursday I had a little bit of brown (spotting) when I wiped. Didn’t think anything of it. Until yesterday I had a lot more brown Discharge and also some clear, stretchy CM mixed within. So I asked my mother in law she said most likely Ovulation/pregnancy. I think I already ovulated, however, not 100% sure.i have never had brown spotting before my period. Neither have I had sharp pains like I experienced. I don’t feel any different so I’m even questioning pregnancy right now. (I’m in doubt about it.) According to glow I’m 8 dpo and I don’t even like looking at the test bc I trick myself everytime. I could possibly be testing to early also. Has anyone ever experienced this? What did it end u being in the end?
