I don’t trust this pill

I’m on microgestin. Instead of having periods every month I spot for the last week of the active pills. Then when I take the placebo the spotting stops and I have fertile looking cervical mucus, a lot. Even had a positive ovulation test. Wtf. I’m 6 months postpartum and have been on the pills since 7 weeks PP. I’m just worried I’ll end up pregnant again on these pills. Ugh 😑
