Boiler pressure down

So this is nothing to do with babies even tho I'm pregnant and have a 1 year old woke up today and my boiler isn't working so no heating or hot water at all it is a glow worm boiler and the pressure is down but I don't no how to fix it can anyone help sorry don't know where to post
