Take the position?

TTC with no success yet and an opportunity for a management role opened up within my company. I'm TTC but no luck yet, I'm not sure how management positions would work if we end up pregnant with maternity leave. I know I would be eligible but would it leave my staff in a bad place? Not sure what to do, but I also hate thinking "I'll be pregnant next month" and it not happening. I can't keep putting off my life for something that hasn't even happened yet. I don't at all hate my position now, I really enjoy it, but this is a huge opportunity for my career.
