Too soon to test?

Ok so I’m tracking my cycle with the fertility clinic. I went on 11/17 for an ultrasound and my follicles were ready. I received the FSH shot to release my egg and BD the next 3 days. I started progesterone 11/20 and I caved and tested this morning 11/25. I know it’s early🙈 The test showed negative after 10 minutes but I went back an hour after and there was a line. Could it be evap or just showed late after sitting? Just needing words of wisdom. We’ve been TTC almost 2 years with 2 loses and recently found out I have MTHFR and PAI-1 4G4G. So I started aspirin and body ready folic acid and will start heparin as soon as I get a positive! 🤞🏼
