Ovulated?

Update: finally got ahold of my dr today and she said I should have gotten the test taken 7 days after ovulation but she had on my paperwork CD21 so I did what my paper said. I was only 5DPO and she said she is encouraged I had a good quality ovulation this round!!! 
I can’t talk to the dr until Monday but got my CD 21 progesterone test done... does this mean I ovulated or no? I’m so consumed

My day 21 progesterone test came back at about 7. My dr said I did ovulate, but it was a weak ovulation. She explained that basically anything over 1.0 shows ovulation. I did get pregnant on that particular cycle,  but it ended as a chemical pregnancy. My dr assured me the weak ovulation had nothing to do with the loss. It just wasn’t a good pregnancy at the chromosome level. Hope that helps at all to ease your mind a bit.
