Does anyone else use a cup for their period?

I️ recently started using a cup for the cost and environmental benefits. At first I️ hated it. It was super uncomfortable and hard to use, but after a couple of days I️ found that I️ like it more than pads and tampons. I️ really encourage people to try it. It can be a game changer!

I’ve been using one for over a year and saved soo much money on tampons, it’s amazing you can leave it in so long and I feel really good about not adding to waste 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I just tried mine for the first time today. So far so good. Inserting it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be thank goodness. I couldn't wait to take it out & so I didn't wait very long. But when I did I found it was doing its job. No more tampons for this lady!! 😂😋
