How do I take a tampon out?

Relax :) it can’t get stuck because even if for some reason the cord came out most women can reach their cervix and it can’t go past that! 
Easiest way is to sit down or have one leg up on the toilet - grab hold of the cord firmly and gently tug. If it seems stuck it’s likely that it’s not yet full (so either too big for your period stage or not in that long) or that you’re tensed up. Our vaginal muscles are incredibly strong and for some women they tense without even knowing 
Not to worry though - just pull and it will come out. If it’s too dry consider using a lighter tampon with a panty liner until you get used to them :)

The same angle it went in. If your finding it to be painful, it could be because the tampon is still too dry. Leave it in for awhile longer if it’s been less than 8 hrs.
