My baby is 5 days old and my milk finally came in fully yesterday. I try and feed my baby ever 2 hours and when ever she is awake but she normally just wants to have my nipple in her mouth as a pacifier. My boobs will fill up all the way to where there dripping like crazy. I do pump but that makes them hurt and it changes my nipple a little bit to where it hard to get my baby to latch. So I try not to pump much so my question is if I don’t pump or feed babygirl for a few hours will it start to make my milk dry up?
