Window not updated?

K • Mother to a little 🐻... and now one more on the way. Oakland, CA 🌳🌲

I got a positive ovulation test today and the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow app</a> hasn't changed my fertile window. Why is that? App says my window will start in 3 days?
