Can this be used as a primer??

Okay I bought No7 Skin Illuminator the Nude one and I don't know why but I thought this was a primer. I also just bought Katie Von D lock-it foundation today. Would the No7 Skin Illuminator work as a primer or should I just take it back? I'm new to all of this so any advice would help! Thank you!

id take it back i like the baby skin primer from the drug store it fills in your pores nicely and its pretty cheap its by maybelline

It will work but won’t be as lasting as an actual primer, it’ll def work and give you a glow just won’t make your foundation stay as long! Xx
