Can this be used as a primer??
Okay I bought No7 Skin Illuminator the Nude one and I don't know why but I thought this was a primer. I also just bought Katie Von D lock-it foundation today. Would the No7 Skin Illuminator work as a primer or should I just take it back? I'm new to all of this so any advice would help! Thank you!
