I feel like I’ve gotten into a bad habit with nursing my son to sleep. He’s almost 13 months and I still breastfeed before his nap, in the morning, and at night, and sometimes when he wakes up once during the night. and when I work nights my husband feeds him a bottle. I’m just wondering what people’s opinions are on feeding to sleep? He just falls asleep so well with it and I’m scared to change it. How do you get your little one’s to fall asleep without a bottle or breast???
