2nd trimester, dry nipples? Help!!!

Hey ladies, I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant and noticed my nipples had been extremely tender, itchy, dry and flaky. Sorry if it's TMI but sometimes i mess with them and kinda start peeling off the tip of them because it's so dry 😩 can anyone help me with recommendations on what I can use to prevent this? Any lotions or ideas to get rid of this feeling? And has anyone gone through the same thing?

I have the same problem so my doctor said use the auqaphor ointment. It works good.

I can not recommend udderly smooth body cream enough.. I love this stuff.

I had this during my second trimester as well. I bought organic nipple cream since I knew I would need it for breastfeeding when the baby is born

I use lanolin on my extremely dry lips and it works wonders, and I heard that people use it for nipples too.
