How do i fix these horrible cramps?

I'm sitting here in throbbing pain from my cramps and I don't have any regular cramps; I have like piercing pain cramps like to the point ill start crying cramps. I take BC pills to help ease the pain but I still have really bad cramps . and i usually take a midol but I ran out so what could I do to help them until i can get some more?

Oh honey.. It sounds like it's night time and to be honest, it's not unreasonable of your mother to refuse to get up in the middle of the night to get you pain killers. I know it hurts like a motherf***** but to be completely blunt; stop it with the pity party. She's not mean to you. Cry your eyes out, yell at your pillow, but don't blame your mum.

Get a heat pad, take a hot shower or bath and wait for your mom to wake up to be able to take you. Cramps suck but we all have to deal with them, I would keep at least some Tylenol as a back up Incase you ever run out of midol again.
