13.2weeks pregnant bloody discharged

Hi yesterday afternoon when i went to the bathroom i wiped and this is what was on the toilet paper, bloody discharge. Im worried that something might be wrong. All night nothing else came out. And today in the morning when i wiped there was just a really tiny speck o

f bloody discharge. I had something like this happen at about 7 weeks but it was because i had been intimate. This time i havent had sex in about a week so sex is not the cause. Sorry its to TMI. Has anyone else experienced this.
