need opinions

A friend of mine is waiting anxiously to set up a doctors appt because she doesn't know what to think. I am hoping to get others opinions. She had her tubes tied several years ago and has had periods on cue every month since. She was due for af on the 14th and still nothing. She is not having any common pregnancy symptoms, but never really did with her other three either. She now has very light dark red almost a pasty grey spotting and has taken these tests. Opinions? She will be getting a blood test as soon as she can.
