Help? Advice? kind words?

Can’t tell you when I ovulated as my consultant told me not to use OPKs as my pcos sometimes cause them to be faulty...but I’m on CD19 and I’m very irregular (so not a pre-period symptom), my fertile week was from Thursday last week to Thursday just gone.

For the past 3 days I’ve had:

•A headache at the back of my head (which is unusual for me-mine is always at the side)

•Super bloated (to the point sometimes it’s rock solid)

• every evening on the dot at 6pm, I become very nauseous, light headed and dizzy (this lasts about 5 Hours)

Plus today I’ve had the tinest pink blood spots when I wipe,,,! (Will put pics in comment)

Trying to not looking to much into but hoping it’s positive signs...

Has anyone ever had any thing like this ? Looking for someone to talk to about it... as have no one to talk to other than my husband.
