What do you eat?

Question

I am lucky enough to not have morning sickness all the time, but I never feel like eating. I never want to eat, because nothing ever sounds good. What are some things that you eat when you don't feel like eating, but know you have to?

I eat anything that doesn’t make me want to throw up😂 And of course leave out the dangerous foods.

I live on toast at the moment, mostly English muffins. I’m not sick but nothing at all sounds good not even the toast half the time!

Right now? Ramen and McDonald’s are he only things that don’t make me sick...gross, I know.  The doctor said eat whatever you can.

The thought of anything not carbs or bacon makes me want to gag

Beef lo mein and Orange Juice with pulp has been my favorite for some reason

Goldfish, cottage cheese, ramen, mac and cheese.

Beef ramen with lemon, cherries, plain bagels and salt and vinegar chips are pretty much my diet for the last 2 weeks. Which sucked with thanksgiving! I wanted to cry because I couldn't eat!!

Been living off of cheese its and cereal and fruit that’s about all that even sounds good to me lol

I don’t have sickness but everything makes me feel a bit bleugh. I’m drinking lots of ginger tea!
