Is Theraflu safe ?

safe to take the generic of Theraflu while pregnant it doesn't say not to take it but it says ask about health professional before use if pregnant or breastfeeding throat is killing me and I can't see a doctor till tomorrow any suggestions or home remedies?

Hot water with lemon and a bit of fresh ginger helps. I personally won’t take theraflu during pregnancy. Just don’t want to risk it. Colds while pregnant are the worst!

You can’t take basically anything besides Tylenol. I had a cold at around 2 months along and I couldn’t take anything.
