8 days late, a line?

I took this test over a week ago, I was only 1 day late when I took it and now I'm 8 days late and haven't tested since. Glow keeps pushing my O date back later and later into my cycle because I'm late. I was predicted to O on cd16, but now it days cd26. I had sex Nov. 13th but he pulled out. I have a 13 day Luteal phase. should I test again?

I usually have cramps, breakouts, and sore and swollen breasts 3-5 days before AF. I've noticed only my nipples have been sore the past 3 days, and I've been having small twingy cramps. Nothing close to what I usually have.
