So the first day of my last menstrual period was October 9. I ovulated November 3 (I took a ovulation test). My periods are irregular. I got my BFP on November 13. According to this app I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant today. I have my first appointment on Thursday and I'll be 5 weeks 6 days.

Should I be expected to see anything Thursday if they do a sonogram? Am I really 5 weeks? Or am I more weeks or less weeks pregnant?

This is my first pregnancy so any help/advice is welcome.
