Thought we were friends

So me and my cousin have always been the best of friends but ever since I got pregnant (btw yes I’m young however I’m 19 I’m 3 weeks from graduating from cosmetology school so my college and I’m engaged) she’s been super distant like we used to go out together and have fun and it’s like I don’t exist anymore I’m so upset I mean seriously she has a built in DD but instead it’s like I just live with her and she doesn’t even know me anymore like she hates both me and my fiancé now it hurts so much
