nausea, threw up, body aches, fatigue. temp of 99.4. does this sound like pregnancy or an unrelated sickness? i didn't have this with my other pregnancy. feeling like this all night and day. 😢😢😢😢 ***UPDATE*** I had no congestion, cough, runny nose like you would get with the flu. Today, I feel back to normal. Turns out it was just pregnancy kicking my ass. This morning, my bbt was lower than normal but still above coverline.
