I need someone to tell me that I can do this !

I have a plan and it starts tomorrow.

For 4 years now I’ve been overweight. I have 3 kids and I’m tired of being fat. I’m tired of being too embarrassed to go out and do stuff with the kids because of my weight. I’m also sick of being unhealthy.

So, tomorrow I start a weight loss program. It consists of exercise and a strict meal plan. I am looking at this as a lifestyle change, not a diet. I don’t want to reach a specific goal and stop...I just want to change this unhealthy relationship that I have with food (I stress eat and then feel guilty).

My ultimate goal is to just be healthy but I also want to lose 65 pounds.
