I breastfed my first for 7months then I got pregnant and it was too much on my body. Anyway my baby is now 5 weeks old and I got food poisoning since 330am last night. My point is my boobs feel dry which never has happened. My baby acts like there is nothing in them, can this happen in one day? I was super dehydrated and couldn’t stop throwing up and going to the bathroom. Is this the end of me breastfeeding??? I sure hope not !!!😔 what Can I do ?? I took zofran and other medication and feel better so now I can hydrate myself. I’m scared there’s nothing in my boobs anymore because I had SEVERE food poisoning.
