Update on my weight loss
Some days are easier than others, but I’m trying to stay strong and stick with it. The gym has been alittle bit harder to get to with the hours I’ve been working, but I’ve continued with the portion control and clean eating. First picture I weighed in at 180 and the second picture which is now, I weigh 172. Some of my family says they can definitely see a difference and my mom just says I look like I’m sucking in. Which I am not. I’ve been working hard and will continue to do so.
