Drank too much coffee today : breastfeeding question.
I usually only have one cup of coffee but today I had one in the morning, one at brunch, and one after brunch. I wasn’t really thinking about it. It was just there so I had some. Now I’m wondering if I should use some of my frozen breast Milk stash for the rest of the day? Any mama’s think it’s ok if I just breast feed?
