Are pickles bad to eat during pregnancy, lets say one dill pickle per day... can your baby die off of it??

Pickles were my biggest craving . I ate a giant jar every week when I was pregnant 😂 totally fine

The only thing I'd say that can be "bad" about pickles is that they are really salty. During pregnancy, watching your salt intake is recommended, but pretty manageable if you're in relatively good health. I ate TONS of pickles during my first pregnancy and even drank the juice (gross, I know!) and my son is fine. Ironically, though, he hates pickles! 😜

My mom was a pickle fiend before she got pregnant with my sister and I and during her pregnancy she craved them like CRAZY. I would say you’re perfectly fine
