Do I call him my boyfriend or...?

Bliss • "I'm with you till the end of the line."

Alright, in May, my boyfriend of about a year and a half broke up. We were on and off during the summer and whenever he and I weren’t talking, I was talking to another guy, but once my (ex) boyfriend and I were talking, I kicked the guy to the curb because I love him. Fast forward to the end of July, beginning of August where him and I decide to work things out. Fine with me, but I told him before we say we are officially together again, we HAVE to talk. Never happened 🙄 so fast forward to about October when he says I’m his girlfriend and I should be calling him my boyfriend. I told him that I don’t not say he’s my boyfriend but I also tell people that it’s complicated and that I wanted to talk before we put an actual label on it. He got pissy and told me that there was no time to talk which is bullshit 🙄🙄🙄 anyways, recently, I blew up on him because he was extremely distant, and when I say distant, I mean avoiding me, not speaking to me for days, hiding posts on Facebook from me, etc. I would put forth effort but he wouldn’t care. So I blew the hell up saying that if he doesn’t want to put any effort in then I’m done. We’re not together and you can do whatever the hell you want. All he said was “ok.” Told his mother that he was happy her and I were going to a movie the next day because he didn’t want to see a movie with me. The whole reason this fight was caused was because I asked him a few days before if we could have a date night that Saturday since I was miraculously off work and he said maybe and all I replied was “if you have plans, then that’s fine, don’t worry about it” and he was pissed. Then proceeded to post on Facebook that if anyone wanted to hang out that weekend to text him because he wouldn’t be doing anything else that weekend. Am I wrong for all this? Like should I call him my boyfriend or wait till he actually sits down and talks to me about our relationship? Please give me advice
