Timing question? I'm new to this!

Hi ladies, My husband I want to be pregnant with our first by late summer/early fall, so sometime in the July-October range. I have never been on BC (condoms only.)
Would this increase my chances of becoming pregnant sooner? When should we start trying?

Unfortunately you can’t pick and choose when you fall pregnant. If you want to be pregnant for late summer you best get to it! Knowing how long your cycles are and tracking when you ovulate using BBT and OPK’s will maximise your chances. Like you I pin pointed the season I wanted to give birth and we have been trying from over 10 months now with no luck. These things take time and you have to be great full for whenever you fall pregnant. Baby dust to you.

You need to try now!! If you conceived today you’d be due late August so conceiving any time from now to Jan would fit to that time frame. It’s not quite as straight forward as that though, the body does what it wants to do & we can’t guarantee whennit will happen. That’s exactly what I did and it’s taking us longer than we’d hoped.
