so i live in california. Very hot place to live at. outside it’s 68 degrees but feels like 100 degrees. In my house i do have AC but barely works and keeps my house coool. My room is the hottest room ever. I have a fan on but it’s still fuckimg hot and i can’t sleep in a hot temperature room or anywhere hot.. my anxiety acts up and i can’t breathe .. i live with my parents so i can’t really touch the damn AC becuse im not paying for it.. anyone know what i can do to get my room cool?????? ughhhhh i hate sleeping in a hot room
