First time IVF

We are starting our injections tonight! Just wanted to ask is there anything you should/shouldn't eat/drink while going through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? Also what about exercise? I play netball 2x a week, and like to walk my dog, would this be okay? Thank you, I want to give us the best shot!
