I have been having a really hard time tracking my cm this month because of so much sex/vacation and we could. I'm posting both charts I use since one is saying something different. The high temp on cd14 was me not sleeping well. I woke up for several hours in the middle of the night and I didn't get three full hours before. I'd like to try and use progesterone cream to lengthen my luteal phase/get my temps above the cover line since the last months I charted my numbers practically sat on the cover line but I need to start after I ovulated...

Any help really appreciated!
