Breathlessness at 5 weeks?

I’m 5 weeks 5 days and today is the first day I felt shortness of breath, while talking! I worked out in the morning and everything was fine though. It just started to happen in the afternoon. Should i be worried ?

I had the same yesterday and I was terrified I would have a panic attack because of it as that’s how it feels at the start, but I managed to get it under control. Horrible feeling! I feel better after reading this though 💜

No. It’s the extra progesterone your body is making! I asked my doctor because 4-5 stairs had me huffing and puffing and that was very uncommon. He said it’s nothing to worry about!
