Temp chart help ladies!
So this is my first month temping myself and I'm having the hardest time understanding lol. I'm also using and ovulation kit to track it as well. Can someone help me understand mine so far? I know it's not much, but I don't really know what to look for I guess. Just feel like I'm doing something wrong maybe.
