Any hints out there that can help me conceive any faster?

My hubby and I started trying to conceive 4 months ago & I’m super impatient. I am 20 and he is 21. We talked and we want to start trying now cause we both have fairly “older” parents and we know and seen our parents struggle cause of their ages. Just trying to figure out things that can make the process go a little faster.

* I just got ovulation tests so I can get a better spot in idea of when I’m ovulating.
