I’ve done everything and can’t breathe!

I can’t breathe still I know I keep posting this but I just don’t know what to do. I can’t go to the doctors because I have no insurance and no money either and my mom can’t afford it.

I have this sharp pain out fo nowhere and then it leaves. It’s hard for me to take deep breaths or even small breaths. It feels like a elephant is on my chest and when I try and not to think about it I like stop breathing and have to make myself breathe. I’m getting light headed as wel

I took bronkaid to see if it would help but it didn’t just made my heart rate go up. What should I do?
