im freakin myself out!!!!

I'm 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant,

I've been having these horrible period pains, I get the pains on both sides of my pelvic and getting a lot of pressure by my cervix and there's no bleeding or spotting

This is my fourth pregnancy, and I've had 2 miscarriages, my OB hasn't called me back and idk if I should go to the ER or not.
