boyfriend copying homework?? :/

So my boyfriend moved from the public school to my private school last year after we started dating (not only because of me also because of personal reasons) and he’s been really behind on his school work. This year is worse than last and his mom said if his grades don’t go up he’s not aloud to see me anymore AND is going to be moved back to public school. Recently, he has been working hard on catching up but today is the first time he actually asked to copy off some of my papers. I said I would think about it but what should I do?? I don’t want him to have to stop seeing me but I also have a pet peeve of people copying off of me for school as it happens a lot.
