I’ve been with my partner 4.5 years and I just feel like we’re stuck in a rut. I always imagined we’d get married and start a family.

We bought a house 18 months ago and I really felt like it was the start of us settling down and building a life together.

My partner has said he has no intention of getting married any time soon which I am disappointed about. When it comes to starting a family he just kept saying we weren’t ready.

We’ve been trying since April but he doesn’t show any interest in it and says it will happen when it happens. I just feel like I’m bored of waiting for my partner to be ready for the most natural things in life 😔. Sorry for the long post
