Help! Anniversary ideas?

So me and hubs anniversary is next month and we have a night away without baby. I already booked the house we’re staying at and I think I’m gonna plan on going go-karting (he’s a car junkie and loves going fast, it’s something he enjoys)

but I’m trying to figure out something else to do. I’ve considered a comedy show, a swing dance class followed by a show/performance after, an orchestral performance and one of those escape rooms.

Any other ideas? I don’t want to plan too many things, just maybe go karting and one other thing and dinner.

We’re switching off every year (I plan this year- him next year- so forth). It’s all gonna be a surprise so I’m really hoping to make the best of it!
